Adam Rose

Adam joined Waterloo Capital as Chief Operations Officer in 2024. He is responsible for strategic operations across all of the firm's various and growing initiatives.

Prior to joining, he served as COO at Factory — a company with hundreds of staff processing billions of dollars of payments — where he created and led initiatives to greatly improve margins and quality. He has also led organizational change at companies ranging from tech startups to Oil & Gas operators over the past two decades.

Originally a licensed professional engineer, Adam holds a master's degree from Texas A&M University focusing on aerosol mechanics. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the saxophone and automating as much of his personal life as he can.
