Christi Chatmas

Christi began working at Waterloo Capital in February of 2023 as a Transition Liaison. Her role quickly grew to encompass facilitating relationships for Waterloo across all platforms as well as taking on the Liaison position for the Intelligent Wealth Solutions operations team. Her duties include onboarding new advisors, integrating the advisor/client experience, and overseeing strategic business integration practices.

Before joining Waterloo Capital, Christi worked as the Co-Founder and CEO of Caddie Central Management Services LLC, a company that acted as an industry leader in golf caddie management. Realizing inherent opportunities in digital reliance and streamlining in this industry, Christi developed The Shack, a pioneering proprietary software and consulting suite that creates unprecedented revenue-generating efficiencies for golf properties.

Prior to Caddie Central, she worked at Southwest Securities in Dallas as Liaison for all Fixed Income Products, and before that at Smith Barney in the Institutional Fixed Income Trading & Underwriting Department, where she was responsible for more than 20 of the firm's largest bank clients.
