Don Simoneaux, CAIA
President & Chief Investment Officer
Don is the President and Chief Investment Officer at Waterloo Capital. He is responsible for the sourcing and due diligence of the firm's private market investments.
Don joined Waterloo Capital in 2011 and has over 18 years of experience in the alternative investment industry. Prior to joining Waterloo, Don was Senior Investment Analyst in the Non-Marketable Alternative Assets group at Cambridge Associates, LLC in Boston, MA, where he specialized in manager research on behalf of the firm's institutional clientele.
He holds a BBA in finance and economics from Loyola University in New Orleans and also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. He spends most of his time out of work with his wife Catherine and daughter Audrey.
